Harris House Foundation is a charitable, not-for-profit corporation whose primary purpose is to help alcoholic and chemically dependent persons achieve sobriety and become useful, healthy, and productive individuals; implicit in our mission is providing underserved people the opportunity to experience the miracle of their own recovery regardless of race, creed, or economic status.
Recovery isn’t always (or usually) a perfect, linear process. Our continuum of care recognizes that every person is at a different place in their journey to sobriety, so we offer a multitude of options and programs to address the specific needs of people and their families, starting with our modern, 28-day inpatient treatment. Each person’s treatment is customized, and our ongoing support helps patients to succeed in overcoming dependency long term.
At Harris House, someone is available to answer your call 24 hours a day. The Harris House representative will answer any questions you may have about our treatment programs. During the first call, we’ll gather basic contact information, the type of treatment being considered, and answer any questions that you may have.
The knowledge of the staff and their ability to teach what they knew was incredible. The counseling was great; the whole structure of the program saved my life. Substance use insurance coverage and benefits can be multifaceted and will vary with the different insurance companies and plans.
